Hi. We have a small group ride on Saturdays. We have the rubber band activated. We’ve noticed that the Leader of the group (happens to be me) is “awarded” all jerseys even if others win a sprint. We are not competitive in the sense of really caring much about it. But at the same time we wondered if it is supposed to work this way? Just seemed odd. Thanks for any feedback.
We do the same but found that every one get the jersey.
