I love my Swift hub, but recently moved from an apartment into a house and have lost the tiny, green and black adapter that allows my bike to mount properly to the hub.
Anyone know how I can acquire a new one?
Have been unable to find a customer support number and the chat with the bot was of no help.
I have sent them emails as there is no customer support number (that I can find). I have also spoke with the bot via chat… and that ended with null results
If you keep saying you need further help to the bot you’ll eventually get to a human.
I have been contacted via email by customer support. They advised me that they will send a new adapter to my house!
