Lost Part - no response from support

Hi,

I moved house and misplaced the pink adapter for the Zwift hub quick release so I am unable to use my Zwift Hub.

I have emailed the support email address but 5 days later no response.

Please can someone help as I am eager to get back onto Zwift again soon.
