Hi

I need a replacement drive side adaptor for a thru axle for my zwift hub. I have tried contacting support via the website however get stuck in a loop of questions from the support bot which provide no help. How or where do u get spare parts for the zwift hub from googling doesn’t seem to help me. Is it possible to reach a real human at zwift for support.

Try harder with the chat bot. Even harder. Harder still. Keep going. Never give up. It’s an FTP test. Do not stop until the robot relents.

I wrote an email to support@zwift.com. It took a long time but after a few emails and a detour from the Netherlands to Finland to Germany I finally received the spare part.
Then I returned the Zwift Hub to get a Kickr. :smile:
