Greatest London Flat 2 laps - ends early

I raced on the poorly named Greatest London FLAT course today at 17:30 UTC, 2 laps. The raced ended on the Mall, but the distance counter still showed around 3km to go. Others have suggested that this always happens on this course when set to two laps.
