I don’t know what happened, but I was about 200m from the finish when all of sudden the summary menu popped up as if I exited the game. So I was kicked off the game without my intention to do so and posted a DNF as a result. I was in 15th place at the time, and so I’m very annoyed that I’m going to have to race this again to post a result. Anyone know if this is a bug? I don’t think there’s a button I could have pushed to make this happen before the finish.
I’ve had the companion app open on my handle bars and dripped sweat on the phone screen which triggered the stop ride button and kicked me out of a race before. I now lock the screen when racing 
You should contact support to ask why they think it happened
Hmmm - okay that is possible, I’ve never ended a race that way before so I’ll check to see where that button is. Thanks.
