If I have chosen a ride to do and at the point of clicking the ride button and decide to change my choice how do I get back to the main menu , only option on screen is the orange ride button
Could you provide more info? What device are you running Zwift on (PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, AppleTV, Android)?
As long as you haven’t clicked “Ride Now” at the bottom you should be able to click the worlds at the top and the drop-down of routes can be clicked again to select a different route.
Once in-game (spawned on your bike) you cannot change routes without saving/quitting and restarting the game.
You can’t. Need to quit the entire game and start it again.
