Gift card code doesn't valide

hi there,

i bought a 3 months gift card and i try to enter the code under The at Home Cycling & Running Virtual Training App page but it fails.
I tried many times in changing “0” and “O” but it never worked.
I think i’ve the last letter that i can’t see because when i remove the sticker which hide the code maybe the last letter has been removed with it. My code have 15 letters/numbers.
Can you confirm that ?
Am i the only man who encountered this issue ?

You need to contact Zwift support directly and they might need to issue you a new code. This happened to a guy last week and support resolved the issue.
