Garmin ant stick issues

the software is not recognizing the ant stick
It’s a garmin one . The stick itself works because I have tried it on an old laptop , unfortunately this laptop Dosent work anymore

Currently on a new laptop both dell and Hewlett-Packard I’ve tried (windows )
It won’t pick up the ant stick
I’ve installed the usb drivers but still no luck
Zwift won’t work without the ant

Is there something specific I have to install ?

This is most often a driver issue, but in your case I’m not sure. What do you see in device manager on the non-working system?
