Still the order of the different training sessions are skewed. Look at week 6 at multisport mixer. We start the week with the ftp test and we end the week with a test week tune up, especially designed for doing a ftp test
(As a side not, it would be nice if it is written in the description of the training plan is included with a taper-week or not, because Iām planning to use this as a build up for a IRL event, so it is more easy to plan the start date.)
