Game update v 1.104 [December 2025]

Genius! That is a great idea to keep an old backup version of Zwift on an Iphone. Wish I had one now :sob: or could just revert to the previous working release.

Have you been able to connect yet?

As others have reported above, this update broke resistance control on my trainer - resistance is fixed and no longer varies with gradient. Windows PC/bluetooth/Direto XR. Tried many things including reverting to my old Ant+ dongle to no avail. Complete Zwift reinstall, reboot, etc. Then installed MyWhoosh and everything works there, so it’s definitely Zwift and not the trainer.

Please fix ASAP, I am leading many group rides and will need to call for backup leaders until this is fixed…

Thanks. Next time I’ll first update my iPhone and later my iPad (but only if everything works). Oh, and don’t forget to disable app auto-update.

If someone from the rowing community reads this: painsled and QZ dont seem to work anymore from android… The update destroyed them somehow…

Yes!! On atv and latest version resistance control on a kickr v5 is broken. It’s still three but way way less. Have to use about 4gears higher

Nope. Rather than keep messing with it I downloaded MyWhoosh to try. 10 minutes later I was riding in Arabia

Also, the new routes dont appear as available in the companion app as yet, They still show them as event only.

Same issue here. Lastest zc app on latest Android.

Any news on this issue? I see I am not alone

FWIW: I am running Zwift on iPadOS 18.7.1 with a Tacx Neo 2 and everything works perfectly. It looks like I have an available update to 18.7.3, which will be installed tonight. Hopefully everything will still work tomorrow. :crossed_fingers:

Emailed Zwift support with details of “no bluetooth devices found” in latest version. No reply with app still broken, unusable. MyWhoosh worked flawlessly so you might give it a try.

Yesterday I couldn’t connect my Stages SB20 bike via bluetooth to my desktop pc, I could pair my powermeters but no resistance control. I tried it pairing today with companion app to my desktop pc and that seems to work. With this method I can pair my bike for resistance control

i have the same issue with my SB20. my crank arms will show up under power source but not the bike. nothing shows under resistance, because that would be just the bike. but under cadence the SB20 is connectable. please fix!

I too am experiencing bluetooth trainer issues since the 1.104 update.
Zwift is unable to control resistance or ride in ERG mode.
Unable to perform a calibration spindown on connection screen. Just states “connecting device”.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Tried running on a spare AppleTV. Issue persists.

Mac OS 26.2
Kickr v4 (connected through bluetooth)
Zwift v1.104

1st ride on this new update, fantastic, thank you Zwift team. Love it

Six routes that were previously event-only are now available for free rides and meetups. Go get those badges!

Routes still show as event only in Companion App (Andriod) so can’t add them to my list for easy access in main app.

That’s normal until the rollout is complete.

The draft bar is a great idea and welcome add but the graphic is pretty poor, needs a better idea. Just does not look cool at all. too many lines at the top but they I think the HUD needs a complete re design.

This update completely broke resistance on my trainer (no resistance changes whatsoever, regardless of the gradient), as well as the ability to use my Assioma power meter pedals as the power source. Hoping this gets fixed soon as Zwift is basically unusable at this point.
