Game Update - October 27th, 2020

Event results screen was broken in the ZRL for me. It would only show “A” results which were actually the “C” results, and all the others were blank.

That was supposedly fixed on the previous update. :-1:

Hmm, I think I was on the latest, perhaps I am mistaken.

What platform are you on? If it’s PC or Mac you’ll be on the latest version anyway unless you deliberately bypass it.

Here too…no screenshots moved to strava…is there a solution?

Latest update is seriously buggy. Tried to ride with Delta… everything sets up nice, and then when I start the ride all of my Bluetooth connections through the companion app drop out. Restarted all my devices, same result. Reinstalled the companion app - same thing. Tried to switch from Mac to Apple TV with devices through companion - still my BT devices all say “no signal” immediately upon starting the ride. Finally gave up after 30 minutes of troubleshooting and tried to start a ZA WO. At least it kept the signal from the trainer… except ERG was really “on” when Zwift said it was. Turned ERG on and off a couple of times from the Zwift app, a couple more times from the companion app. Paused the workout, Restarted the trainer. Flicked ERG on and off from the Zwift app, and from the Zwift Companion… finally.

Not fully resolved. From this mornings ride I notice that the auto screenshot is now being uploaded but not any taken using the F10 key. I see posts that support tickets have been raised, like to think it will be fixed.

No mention of changing routes without closing the application?

This particular update has caused me nothing but issues. Since the update I have had zwift freeze my computer 3 times. So far seems to be course specific, twice on the approach to the volcano I had it freeze in the exact same spot. The other time I was working my way up ven-top and it froze and do not feel like retesting if it freezers there again. Event viewer shows no errors and I do not get any errors when it happens.

No way to use sterzo with ZC… no signal

The generic flag (grey and white) still showing on several countries, any plan to update the missing flags???

Had several reports now of people on PC having to reinstall the game after these updates to get rid of visual bugs. Not great.

Yes I am having the same issue. Sterzo only works directly with Apple TV and then I can’t use heart rate monitor. Since last major update been having lots of problems

I went to update Thursday 29th but my zwift app won’t go into the system properly it allows my email and password then opens up to get started and that’s it .
Just keep repeating the pages iv never had issues before and it’s very frustrating

When will we see PC bluetooth compatibility improve with non-intel drivers?

Ant+ dropouts every ride since the update. Never had a single dropout for years and now racing is almost pointless. Please fix ASAP

No issues with ANT+ here, before or after the update. If you’re absolutely certain nothing in your setup and/or environment has changed (and bear in mind it might not be anything you’ve done deliberately, or even yourself) then try a clean install of Zwift to see if that helps.

Nothing changed at all in the environment. I connect to internet via cable, Ant+ dongle is less than 30cm from the trainer, no physical barriers, fan is miles away, no other apps competing for Ant+. PC is up to date. My HP Assistant app was possibly corrupt, so did a fresh install but not sure if that would afffect anything. I’ve done a completely fresh install of Zwift last night so will see how it goes. I’ll be really disappointed as there’s the Warrior Games stage race this week and I don’t want dropouts to ruin the racing for me :grimacing:

Could still be a lot of things, like your dongle starting to fail, your USB port starting to fail (try a different one), 2.4GHz interference.

One step ahead of you! I’ve replaced the Ant+ dongle and switched to 5Ghz :slightly_smiling_face:
