Game Update 1.34 [April 2023]

Are you guys on 1.34 or have you not received the update yet?

@Watopia-Wayfinders can we please split these to their own thread. It’s not due to 1.34.

No, less than 10%

What, I’m in the last 10%. :sob: I figured by level 60 and riding Zwift all year round I’d be in the top 10%

I don’t have it either  I meant that less than 10% so far have the update.

I just received an email from Zwift telling me about a new Coffee Stop and Rider Teleport feature. Any more details? Are these live now?

Edit - I just noticed an ā€œIn Developmentā€ label (but not very prominent).

off topic but a bit more detail here from zwiftinsider Zwift Announces New Products and Experiences for Spring and Summer | Zwift Insider

It is definitely not a 1.34 issue.

What do you think I’ve been doing :joy:

It is definitely not a 1.34 issue. It has affected the savig of all activities since approx 7am UTC.

It’s an outage, not a bug in the game client. I noticed ride-ons started working at around 07:45 US EDT so something got fixed recently. As per usual, no update on status.zwift.com

A post was merged into an existing topic: April 12: Incomplete activity reports and not uploading to 3rd party apps

WOW what did I just wake up to.

@James_Zwift I tried to merge all the threads.

UPDATE April 12
A server outage has been resolved. If your ran into a problem sending Ride Ons, rides not saving, showing in your Activity feed, or uploading to Strava and other third party partners - those symptoms have been fixed.

Please allow several hours for everything in the queue to resolve. Your Activities should show up on Zwift and third party once that’s done.

The symptoms of the outage are unrelated to the 1.34 game release. On that front - more Android / iOS / Apple TV / macOS devices will receive the 1.34 update today.

Sorry. Most people were asleep and I didn’t know how to update that.

Been building itself up on Zwift

The name labels across the bottom of the screen for preceding riders seem to have appeared in ā€œno HUDā€ mode on Apple TV views 1 & 2 since version 1.34 update. It would be great if these would go away again.

I was going to keep this question to myself but just to be sure, are we sure that the wattage correction occurs only among riders participating in an event?

I was riding very solo in a TDW event and for a split second, I swear I saw a quick flash of red. Perhaps I was briefly behind someone who was free riding in the area? I could’ve been seeing things, but I ask now because no one will ever know for sure when the red flashes get turned off.
