Hey @Wes any reason why I would not see the new routes available to me. I created event on companion. Then even tried editing it on web. But neither show me the option of the new routes for our Club at least. I tried also editing a zwift event set up for the past years and it as well does not have access to them. I assume I am doing something wrong?

I think that someone might have forgotten to throw a server-side switch on the new routes. I can’t see them available for Meetups either.

There were five cycling rebel routes used but only four above, no Handful of Gravel listed. Is that just a miss on the list or is it not available for free ride?

So does it affect the performances of the Chapter2 TOA? It turned out to be one of the best allrounders with good climbing skills. So everybody bought the bike and it is ‘useless’ now?

still unable to get it to update correctly, or start up. It’s been like this for months now. Normally I manually do the update after the download and it works, but now with the new ‘Launch’ button which also doesn’t work, I can get it to start at all. I cant believe that this is something you cannot be bothered to fix. Its so frustrating.

The route availability of the new routes in ZC (clubs, Meetups, etc.) is being impacted by the Zwift Companion launch failures on Android. We are working through that issue and once resolved, I expect the new routes to appear for ZC usage again in Clubs and meetups.

EDIT: Ok the new routes should be visible again in ZC, you may need to restart the app to see them.

A change of weight of a frame will impact performance, especially in situations where gravity is a key factor in your speed.

Hi @Ed_Goss welcome to Zwift forums.
I take it you’re running Zwift on a Windows machine? There is a known issue where the installer app pauses while it’s updating the game app.

  1. You can unpause it by clicking the Let’s Go button
  2. Then click “OK” when it says Zwift needs to apply update

FYI - this pause will be removed in Zwift Launcher v1.1.3, which is nearing completion.

Why is Zwift consistently nerfing bikes after all the hype about it got people to exchange them for hard earned drops!?

If it ain’t broken don’t fix it instead fix the amount of stuff broken or faulty with Zwift… not the low hanging fruits Zwift… get the priority correct.

thanks for bringing up constant improvements and fixes to this amazing platform. Is there any chance to receive some info about >Lvl50 and gear display for Stages SB20 on your roadmap?

Yes its on windows but I did that, it reported that the install was complete, but when it goes to run it just did the first couple of splash screens and then died (app stopped completely, all Zwift screens went). Trying to run it again, I get the same thing : start it up, get a couple fo splash screens, then it dies. It’s been doing this for months : I have to copy over the downloaded files manually into the Program Files \ Zwift folder and then it normally works. The log file ends with ‘Starting Zwift’ but it doesn’t actually run.

In regards to the Chapter 2 TOA, when the bike first launched last year, it had 2 stars weight, which was too heavy based on the Shimnano 9200 weight bug impacting all bikes with that groupset.

Once the 9200 bug was fixed, the TOA should have moved into the 3 star weight category, however, it got just a tad too light after that bug fix (which impacted the weight of a number of bikes, making them lighter and landing at their appropriate weight).

The TOA fix in this release addresses the outlier situation where the bike jumped from 2 stars weight to 4 stars weight when it should have moved from 2 stars to 3 stars, which was always its original weight target.

This bike was not launched with “hype” to get people to waste drops, it actually launched as a heavier bike than it is in this release.
