Freehub fell off the Zwift hub

Hello everyone,

it is time again for indoor cycling. As i opened the box and tried to assemble the Zwift Hub, which i bought 3 years ago, i saw the cassette fell off with freehub on it. I tried to put it back on the trainer (turned backwards, heard the click and couldn’t push it further) but it is not fixed, still possible to pull it out easily.

Does anyone know, what should i do?
Thanks very much

It looks like there should be some sort of axle adapter that screws onto the end. Is that not the case?

yeah. i screwed the adapter on and they won’t fell off.
Thanks for the tip!
But i thought when I took off the adapter before, the cassette and the freehub remained where they belonged to.

It worked! Thanks for the tip!
The Hub was delivered with cassette on but without adapter, or did I misremembered?

I don’t have that trainer but my recollection is that it came with the quick release adapters installed, because some people struggled to remove those adapters and mentioned it here on the forum

 okay. I’ll have a try later with the bike.
Thanks for your reply.
