FREE TRIAL? I’m on ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP

So UPSET this morning, got 100km Group Ride from our club and ZWIFT Gave me 25km FREE TRIAL…

My MEMBERSHIP is ACTIVE as per my Account and on RECURRING Renewal…

Anyone experienced the same?

The other thing that hits people is when their credit card gets renewed and they forget to update it on zwift. This happened to me recently.

Same here, the second time. First time a few months ago when I was only a few kms away from finishing the Surrey Hills. Result: No badge, I had to do it again. Today: 5 seconds before the start of my race. Result: Everyone rushes off except for me. Great.

I checked my iTunes account today at about 3pm, it had been charged by Zwift for the upcoming month. So I thought I was on the safe side when I got on my bike at 6 pm, but I wasn’t.

I’m on AppleTV, there’s more than enough debit on my iTunes account, E-Mail-adress works.

Do I have to avoid using Zwift on the 21st of each month?
