Hi, I’m new to Zwift. Trial period expired. I then did a free ride activity. At the end I clicked save and upload option. However, nothing has appeared on Strava. Does anyone know if you can upload free ride activity data?? Thanks
The type of ride does not matter.
What device did you use to run Zwift? Depending what you used you can still manually upload it.
Used a Microsoft Surface Pro.
I believe you will find the .fit file in \documents\zwift\activities
Or you can download it from my.zwift.com and manually upload it.
I checked that link out. Today’s activity does not appear in my list of Zwift activities??
Did you check on your Mac in \documents\zwift\activities

Hi Paul, I found the fit file on my surface. When I click manual upload I get a file malformed message on Strava. Looks like all options exhausted. Anyway, glad to hear free ride data should upload normally. Thanks
When you hit save and upload, did you wait for zwift to return to the login screen before shutting down your computer? If not it may not have uploaded to zwift servers, and your local fit file may just be a partial auto-save.
