I finished a Focus Turquoise stage on 29th Nov, unlocked an Izalco frame but it is still available for me to buy in a dropshop for a bargain +400k drops. I’ve written several emails to support how to use this unlocked frame without spending drops but am constantly ignored. Anyone knows how to solve this issue?
