This bug is probably going to be seen by a lot more people in the upcoming Makuri events organized around the Urukazi expansion

the new roads could cause even more similar bugs that people are getting in Neokyo, who knows!
The Tour of Makuri Islands events will include large groups passing through Neokyo, so even if the new roads are good, more people will probably run into the bug as it stands, unless it gets fixed before release.
