First ride not showing up

Hi!! Just finished my first Zwift ride (really enjoyed it) and can’t seem to find my activity anywhere. I’ve checked through a browser, the Zwift app, and the companion app but they al say some variation of “let’s get your first ride in!”. I did the ride through the Zwift app on an iPad, I don’t have any other account linked to my Zwift one so I hit the rubbish bin icon when it asked me to share - did I just delete my ride? I wanted to link my Strava but was just going to do that later today and upload the ride then.

I’ve flicked through other similar posts - all apps are closed on both devices, devices are on the same network, and I was seeing others while riding :smiley:

I’ve got a screenshot of the ride summary if that helps!

Check the instructions for finding FIT files under “Mobile Device” in this document:

If you are able to access the FIT file, you can upload it to Strava or other 3rd party analysis sites. There’s no way to upload it to your Zwift activity history, but if you get the file you can still add it to your training history elsewhere.
