Last night I was completing a 5k test as part of the Feb Half Marathon training plan and encountered an error. The run was complete and the screen was showing my results, showed me that I had a new 5k PR. Then when the activity was uploading it froze and crashed. My activity log only shows that I completed a 2.2 mile run with no credit for the full 3.9 miles and no completion of the training plan activity. I see that there are 4 log files on my device, can these be used to correct my run and give me full credit?
I also submitted a support ticket on Thursday with no response. So much for 24 hour response
