How about fat bikes and snowy courses? People would hate it even more than they hate climbing, but it would be very different including the snow route. Maybe create an event/race/badge series that requires different types of bikes and the fat bike/route would be included.
Watopia could use an entire snow biome, that would be… cool 
It seems like a huge portion of Zwift riders hate anything that slows down a road bike - doesn’t matter what it is. I’m cool with it though!
