When are you guys going to add a family pricing plan $30 a month for my wife and I is kinda steep 19.99 would be reasonable. I use it 3 days a week and she rides maybe 4

We’ve been considering different pricing strategies and what you’re proposing sounds absolutely sensible, but I haven’t received any word about an estimated date new pricing strategies might be incorporated.
Our developers do like to consider community feedback and support for feature requests. I’d recommend finding a similar post in our Feature Requests forum and either adding a comment or creating a new post.

David thanks for the fast respose I have heard alot of people want it or at least the ability to add 2 riders to the same account would be very fair. Right now my wife and I would need to use the same account and it takes the fun out of it with being able to make the game custom to your rider. So at this time we are holding off until they change it.

You’re welcome, Chris. If you haven’t already submitted a feature request, please do. I doubt we would incorporate something like shared accounts unless our developers have a chance to review the request and I’m not seeing any previous feature requests specifically asking about it.
Yes, it would be great for a family pricing plan.
We only have one trainer, so very hard to use both accounts (one for my wife and one for me) at the same time.
I also know a lot of people in the office where I work, talk about the same subject. One of the benefits of colleagues and friends, we get each other running a subscription and race together.
Where the price level sits at the moment, it makes most of us cancel during the warmer 6 months of the year.
I would be up for a years subscription of a cheaper or family price plan.
