I think you’re getting confused. ERG mode is the mode your trainer runs in when doing a workout on Zwift, Trainerroad etc. zwo is the Zwift file format for Zwift workouts.
Perhaps explain what you’re trying to do.
ERG is also a file format, though.
I have not seen a workout file converter. maybe do a google search to see if someone made one.
