ERG Mode

 Hi everyone,

I’m a newbie to Zwift, but would like to know if training is better in ERG mode or out of it?  I am used to training on my old Cycleops in ERG Mode, but they are not campatible to Zwift (due to their age), I am using a BKOOL trainer at the minute, and still getting to grips with it.

Your help and advice would be really appreciated.
