Explain HUD Riders Nearby List (Lower section)

Can someone explain the lower section of the HUD?

What is the hatched pointer on left?
What is the green pointer in the middle?
What is “Z” pointer on right?

Is ride direction on this “Riders Nearby” from right to left (Begin ride on right, end ride on left)? or left to right (Begin ride on left, end ride on right)?

What is the hatched pointer on left?

the checkered one is the KOM banner
The green one is the sprint banner
the Z is the downtown banner (I think)

Depending on what direction you are going the elevation profile will be left to right for forward direction and right to left for the reverse direction.
