Event results are not updated (several days!)

Hello.

Our club added two events to zwiftpower:
(id 5197254)
(id 5197257)

however the results are not displayed after several days and manual “Request faster update” do not result in any progress.

Is it possible to push calculation of the results manually from Zwift’s side?

If the events were added to Zwiftpower after 24h of the finish there is nothing that will fix it.
