How can I see the course, distance, etc for a given Event?  All I can seem to do is Join or Leave the event.  I saw another “What’s new” post from 10 months ago saying there was a feature to join groups A, B, C or D for events, but I don’t see those groups either.  I’m on OSX.

Both http://zwift.com/en/events/ as well as the Zwift mobile link (under “events”) have details of each event. You will not see the details in the game itself.
