Could you try running Zwift as Adminstrator?
(Exit Zwift, make sure it’s not running in the notification area, then right click the icon and select “Run as Administrator”, or select it in the Start menu and select “Run as Administrator”.)
If that doesn’t help, then possible uninstalling Zwift and reinstalling it might.
If that doesn’t, then I think a support request would be the next step unless anyone else has any ideas.
