error code 112

i cannot download the software to my mac due to this error each time, can anyone help, is this down to a setting?

Hi Malose,

Considering this post is now almost a year old, yes. The 112 error means the downloaded file (that the error occurs on) does not match the manifest’s size. There are a few things that can cause this:

  • Bad internet connection
  • Low disk space
  • Some kind of proxy/VPN that is cutting the download off
  • A back-up program (such as OneNote or DropBox) that is trying to back-up or write the file at the same time, causing errors
  • A networked Documents/Downloads folder]

The key to resolve this is to make sure none of the above are a factor, uninstall, and then redownload Zwift.
