Ηello long enough the application does not respond to the computer (window 10) shows me a message that can not find folder to store… what may be to blame and what I need to do for the app to work again…

I assume you are on a work computer and don’t have access to the documents folder.

Worth trying to see if you can browse to the documents folder on your computer to see if you can access it and create files there.
I faced the same issue and spent entire Saturday to solve it.
Right click “Documents” folder in the left pane in Explorer and fix the location to the default like “c:\users\xxxxx\Documents”,
In case if you have problem in changing location to the default then, Google “Operation to change a personal folder location fails in Windows”
Look at the microsoft aritcle and change “personal” to the default in registory editor.
Hope your problem gone by this. I think this will exclude Documents folder from onedrive sync. I’ve already stopped it first then no problem.
