Hi after a long time I did the Zwift FTP test today where you have to go 20 mine mins all out. In the warming up period ERG should be on but that was not the case. Anyone an idea how to solve this? Also tried to do a calibration by Zwift but was also not working… strange. TIA for help! Kind regards
There’s a known bug in calibration, though since you have a Kickr Core you should never use Zwift for calibration (use the Wahoo app for that). Your trainer also supports auto-calibration if the firmware is new enough. But it’s unclear if that calibration bug is related to your problem with ERG mode.
Thx I LL try by WAHOO app but I always did it by Zwift for past 3 years and never had an issue until today…

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I checked your server logs and noticed your KICKR Core was on firmware version 1.1.1 yesterday. I see that you’ve updated to 1.5.5 before today’s session.
Did the firmware update fix your ERG issue? It also adds automatic spindown calibration capability to the trainer itself, so no need to manually calibrate any more.
