Elite Qubo Digital Smart B+ FE-C - no resistance after power meter pairing

I was using the Qubo trainer as the power source, cadence source and as the controllable trainer for a couple of months with no issues at all.

I’ve since inherited Vector 3s pedals (single sided) and wanted to use these as the power source and cadence sensor in Zwift, with the Qubo giving resistance. I also tried to calibrate the trainer using the pedals (which I now think was a mistake - as a side note, I managed to calibrate the trainer but it hasn’t remembered the P1,P2 and P3 values).

Now the trainer offers no resistance, and, when connected to Zwift (ignoring the pedals) outputs watts at approximately 6 or 7 times the value of the pedals.

Any suggestions?

It feels like a factory reset of the trainer would do the job, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this. I’ve got a support query out to Elite as well.
