I’ve just noticed that my elevation isn’t being recorded in the Everest challenge. I seem to be stuck on 64000ft. Not sure how long it’s been like that but after doing the Tour De Zwift I thought I would check my progress and it hasn’t moved! Any ideas how to fix this?
It looks like this is the first time you’ve posted a new topic on the Zwift Forums, so welcome!
Sorry to hear that your elevation isn’t being recorded for the Climb Mt. Everest challenge. Is it possible that you had a different challenge selected? I ask because it’s only possible to have one challenge selected at a time, so if you had a different challenge selected (e.g. Ride California) then it would have credited your rides towards that challenge instead.
Also, some routes in Zwift don’t have very much elevation, so flatter routes won’t really progress you much on a climbing challenge like the Mt. Everest one. I’m wondering if maybe the elevation added up on your challenge, but it just wasn’t very noticeable.
If you’re confident you’ve only had the Climb Mt. Everest selected and that you’d ridden a large amount of elevation, then the only other reason I can think of that the challenge wouldn’t have progressed is if one or more of your rides didn’t save. That would require a closer examination of your account, however, and I’d suggest you contact our support team for help. You can reach us here.
