Double XPs

I am suppose to get double XPs through level 96. I am currently at level 90. My last several rides I am only getting single XPs. Any idea why?

This is a dispute that can’t be resolved because it’s both. It’s different for different people. Anyone who thinks it’s a game probably cares about XP and levels. Anyone who thinks it’s not a game probably doesn’t and has no reason to be in this discussion.
