Different racing time Race/Zwift Power

Why there is always a difference between the time at the end of the race and the time in Zwift power?
This morning in the 4th stage zwift big spin my time was 46m:49s, then on zwift power my time was 47m:25s

ZwiftPower time starts when the gate drops, in game timer starts at a line near where the pens meet the road.
