Hello @Ian_Draisey and welcome to the forums! Could you clarify which screen you are referring to, so I can better understand what you’d like to delete? Is this in Zwift Companion or Zwift game? If game, it may be helpful to know which platform you are on.
Hi Rowdy, thanks for the quick response. I am refering to the screen on the game (I use Apple TV, controlled using my iPhone). I created a user - no problem, this was easy, but now wish to delete them - I can’t see how to do it.

Hi @Ian_Draisey I’m Fernanda, from Zwift.
Regarding the removal of the user from your screen, in this case, with your answer, I imagine you want to erase any user displayed on the main screen when you start the game like in this picture:
To do this, on an iOs device you swipe left on your user name at the login screen and it should remove you from the list of users (a red trashcan appears), and on an Apple TV you will need to go in Apple TV to Settings->General and remove all used e-mail. Then go back to Zwift, re-login should work and all previous users are gone.

OK, when I look at the Zwift Game on my phone - it only shows me as a user - no problem. When I open the game on the Apple TV it shows to users, me and the one I want to remove. I don’t want to remove my profile - so is it possible to remove just one??

I’m curious about the same process. Won’t removing all used emails also affect every other application on the Apple TV? Or is that setting specific to Zwift?

I would love to clarify your question regarding deleting emails on Apple TV. If you want to be sure that the email address you will delete is only related to the Zwift game and does not affect any other app on your Apple TV. In that case, I recommend that you reinstall the Zwift app, this will delete any other user than your own and avoid affecting any other App on your Apple TV.
