This is not a complaint as I think Zwift is an amazing platform and the team working behind the scenes are incredible. The customer service I receive is generally really good, however, the delay in response is very frustrating and inefficient. It sometimes feels there is no urgency in resolving issues and it becomes deeply frustrating when the response to a support request responds with a questions that has already been answered. I would love to see more hiring of customer service employees and more efficiency and satisfactory remedies to support issues
