Cube Nuroad Race Jetblack Victory

Dear Folks,

i have a Cube Nuroad Race and since 1 week Jetblck Victory wirh Zwift Cog but it doesnt fit, cause the chain is too much right
Can someone help me? or have the same problem?

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘chain is too tight’, but it does look like your rear derailleur is not in the right gear, so the chain isn’t properly lined up.

When I clamp the axle, the chain is too far to the right and pops out.
Could it be that the rear axle or the gears are too wide for the Zwift Cog?

Where were your shifters set at (ie. before you took the wheel off your bike)? You probably want the front derailleur shifted into the small cog, and the rear derailleur on to the small cog. After you mount on the Cog, then shift your rear derailleur somewhere so it moves toward the trainer’s flywheel – probably 3-4 clicks like you’re shifting to a bigger cog.

thank you so much it works!!!

but now i have a strange noise on my zwift cog.. it clicks the whole time :face_with_spiral_eyes:

Sounds like you’ve changed your gears so the chain is roughly aligned. There is a dial on the zwift cog that you can turn to fine tune it. I can see from the picture in your post it is set to 2, have you tried adjusting that to see if it improves?
