For the last 2 weeks I have joined the CRYO GEN group for a social Friday ride and the group was very chatty. I really enjoyed the chatting for it made the 60 min ride pass very quickly. However, I was wondering what the acronym CRYO GEN stood for?
I have also always wondered why my local group ride has a private Strava group instead of a public one.
Competitive riders young and old groups for experienced or new.

Never done one of their rides, but I thought it was a pharmaceutical company
