Crit City Powerups

I did a Crit City race last week, and got an aero powerup with 2 laps to go. Saved the aero powerup for the finish only to find that it disappeared at some point in the final lap without ever being used. It was gone on both the Apple TV zwift app screen, and on the iphone companion app. Bummed that I didn’t get the aero for the final spint but chalked it up to a random glitch. Then, this morning I did the Crit City race again, and the exact same thing happened again…got an aero, and then it disappeared at some point in the final lap before being used. Both of these events were “with powerup” events, and I used multiple powerups successfully on prior laps in each race. Is there some rule of “no powerups at finish” for crit city? I haven’t found that listed anywhere.
