me too, modified prefs.xml cannot fix this issue.

I still think this is somehow related to localization but I’m not sure how to fix it other than waiting for an update from Zwift. The only other thing I can think of to try is changing localization for the operating system.
It seems clear they did not test launching the app as far as the pairing screen with all supported languages.

Thank you everyone for reporting this bug. We are working to correct this as soon as possible.
WORKAROUND In the meantime - please try this workaround if you use Zwift on an iOS / AppleTV / Android.
- In Android / iOS / Apple TV: change language preference in the bottom right from Chinese to a different language.
- Log in to Zwift and user a different language for now.
This workaround is not possible on PC / macOS. We ask for your patience while we work on a patch that fixes this issue for all OS platforms.

My computer is win10 Chinese operating system. I met the same problem, I saw in the log yesterday that the Chinese font caused the flash back, I changed the perfs.xml, but there was no effect, I changed the original English operating system, but there was no help, I sent the event log to your technical support by email. They asked me to reinstall runtime and windows update, and reinstall zwift, which didn’t work.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Ironically, the monthly fee was just deducted on March 1st, so it cannot be used on that day. This is so ironic!

狀況依舊，都在登入後閃退，嘗試用安卓登入也是一樣
詢問服務人員後說需更新至1.33.4但play商店只有1.33.3可以下載
中文用户请留意。您必须使用Paul建议的解决方案绕过问题(PC与MAC)。可是手提 Andriod与iOS用户必须从新安装软件之前把旧版本除掉。况且你也把器材的官方语言该为英文先。
Comments from people who tried it say that unfortunately editing prefs.xml didn’t work. Maybe it is saved on the Zwift servers (?)

We just released Zwift version 1.33.4 build# is 1.0.108507 for PC and macOS, and build 1.08508 for Android.
Please update to fix this issue on Windows, Mac and Android
iOS / AppleTV users
Patches will follow as soon as possible. In the meantime, please use this workaround to load Zwift.
We will update this thread with updates.

me the same!
can’t log into Zwift and it is always CRASHING and i have tried 6-7 times.
Changed my iPhone language from Chinese to English and re-installed the app but still the same.
According to the recent message from @shooj they have not released a fix for iOS or Apple TV yet. It should work on macOS, Windows, or Android.

thanks for reaching out here James! Just deleted and re-downloaded the app to get on a ride and it worked for me these days cheers
