One thing that could make the workout planning easier is: copy-paste of custom made workout intervals.
E.g. - i have a workout of 6 x 6min (3min x wkg y cad / 2min x wkg y cad / 1min x wkg y cad) + 10min Rec on x wkg. Now, I have to input all these values separately - for each of the 6 repetitions. It is rather time consuming.
It would be great if I could group the workout intervals and copy-paste them several times.
Just open the file in a text editor and copy-paste the text blocks. It’s pretty intuitive. But this will help: https://zwiftinsider.com/manually-editing-zwift-workouts/
