I started the 12 week ftp builder today. The 10min cool down was 120watts for a bit then to 100. Is this correct as the actual workout was 4 of 105watts…thanks
Some workouts are better than others and details that you mention is one item that matters when I do my judging. I am learning that warm-down is the most important part of the workout as it can really leave you feeling much better than going without that final spin.
