I have historically done a bunch of workouts on my old non-smart trainer that I want to replicate on Zwift. The workouts were manually completed rather than built into Training Peaks workout builder, but basically all the info is in my Fit files. I haven’t been able to find a way to use the fit file to convert that info into a Zwo file so that I can replicate that training. Any ideas on how to do this? Or do I need to manually build them now into the Zwift workout builder.

Can you import the fit files into Traning Peaks and then export them as zwo files?
They are already in TP as a completed ride. Only gives me the option to then download as Fit files.
