After about a month of having my Zwift ride, two of my arrow buttons are not working, and I as soon as I start on a ride, I automatically have a U-turn, without touching any buttons. Anyone know of a fix besides new handlebars?
They probably need replacing. Things you can do are reset the controls by holding down the big Z buttons for 30+ seconds, and checking if you have latest firmware (Equipment menu in the Companion app) but my guess is you need to contact support and should not delay doing that in case they decide to replace them.
