Constantly Receiving Emails Telling Me I'm Not Getting Emails

I am regularly getting emails titled “Update Your Email Preferences for a More Personalized Experience”. This email then warns me that I have opted out of emails and that if I don’t take action then I will remain opted-out of emails.

Yeah, Zwift, I don’t want emails! Why is this so hard to understand? I’m opted out of emails because I don’t want emails and I’m tired of getting emails pressuring me into changing that. If constant emails are going to be a requirement for Zwift, then count me out. I’m done with this platform. I won’t tolerate spam.

They recently made a change related to email opt-in, and if you’re getting a lot of those messages something’s probably broken. You could contact support, but I’d also try opting in and then opting out again to see if that gives it a kick.

I was going to say I only got one of them, but lo and behold I just checked my email and I have a second one now. I’m not going to cancel over it, but I’m pretty sure I opted out of most emails shortly after joining Zwift, one email like this is border line acceptable, they should not be sending out more than that to those that have opted out.
