Connecting to wattbike

I cant work out how to connect to my wattbike. The app won’t find the Bluetooth signal. It is definitely on

You need to make sure it is not connected to any other device or app since Bluetooth can only connect to one device or app at a time.

Are you using a PC, Mac, iOS, or AppleTV?
