Can I connect my device KICKR on a MIFI with 5GB to start with Zwift?
My KICKR standing in my gym in the barn, about 20 meters from my house.

You can, but if your barn is on the same power panel as your home network equipment, you could also consider using powerline Ethernet to extend your network. That would work better. There are many of these products on the market. Here’s an example:
