Connected with no signal

Hi there, I have problems to Connect my Tracx Flux 2 with Zwift in my tablet (new), right know am on the trial versión (7 days for free) and sometimes works, but most of the times wont, the Heart Rate Band works properly (garmin) but the smart trainner appears as connected but without signal, someone can help me pleaseee
